Mental and behavioral health disorders among children and adolescents are described as serious changes in the way children typically learn, behave, or handle their emotions, which cause distress and problems getting through the day. Subsequently, children and adolescents have a wider range of qualifying diagnosis. Services & Eligibility

You are not alone. Daily living can be difficult if you’re struggling with a mental health disorder. Assurance Therapeutic Outreach has many supports, services and treatment options that will help.  ATO provides a variety of services to improve the health and welfare of our clients.

 We provide therapeutic services for both children and adults developed with a restorative holistic approach for the purpose of healing our clients from the inside out.

Our sole focus is to imbue our clients with positive motivation, education, and the skills necessary to achieve a fulfilling more abundant life.

Our primary service is called Targeted Case Management or (TCM). TCM refers to case management service for specific Medicaid beneficiary groups or for individuals who reside a specified location such as the state of Texas.  ATO provides services for individuals residing in Harris county, Fort Bend county, and Montgomery county. 

Specific Medicaid beneficiary groups refer to individuals whose Medicaid benefits are active and provided through a specified Managed Care Organization or (MCO).
