School Based QMHP

Work in a school setting and integrate with appointed staff; Will be responsible to serve the school program as well as identify student who would qualify for ATO’s services. Provide Restorative Circles, one on one skills training to provide emotional, behavioral and mental health supports.


Skills Building QMHP

These positions will assist a diverse group of children and adults. This is a community-based position meaning 90% of all visits will be in the field where our clients live, work, and play. QMHP positions work as advocates for our clients by establishing goals and creating plans to help them reach self-sufficiency.

Resources QMHP

Develop and implement individualized service plans with the client in coordination with the Therapeutic Mentor. Develop and maintain a network of supportive community referrals for clients. Refer and link clients to community resources. Establish working relationships with representatives of other agencies who work with and provide services to clients. Provide care coordination and casework services to clients.
