Mental health includes your emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
It affects how you think, feel, and act. It also plays a major role in how we deal with stress, relate to others, and make day to day choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
If you are experiencing mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior maybe affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:

Mental health problems are very common, but you are not alone because help is available. People with mental health problems can get better and many recover completely once they seek help.
